We arrived in San Francisco on Friday night and checked into the Hotel Zelos. A luxury hotel in the heart of the city. It is in walking distance of Union Square, Westfield Shopping Centre, the cable cars and so much more.
Hotel Zelos San Francisco (formerly the Hotel Palomar) resides in the historic Pacific Building, which opened in 1907. The Pacific Building was originally built as office space, however, the 5th to 9th floors became the Hotel Palomar in 1999. Due to the original layout, our guestrooms are larger than the average hotel room in San Francisco.
On arrival we were warmly greeted at reception after our 20 hours of travelling. It was a quick check in and we headed straight up to our room.
The room offered a wonderful king size bed, Molton and Brown toiletries (my favourite) and a great view into the shopping district.
Free wifi is available in the hotel, and free coffee is provided in the lobby every morning.
We said we were going to try stay awake til at least 9pm to try get used to the time difference. But after lying down on the comfy bed, we were asleep by 7pm.
I’d highly recommend the Hotel Zelos for your stay in San Francisco.
There are some great breakfast places nearby, or the hotel offers it’s own restaurant, the”Dirty Habit”.
Dirty Habit is an intimate hideaway within the Hotel Zelos for those seeking an inventive and sociable drinking and dining experience. With a spacious heated outdoor patio and a cocktail focused menu that alludes to finding your very own dirty habit, there’s sure to be something for everyone to savor.
