Completing my Bucket List

Ways to use a Mini Food Chopper

Fed up with pre-packaged breadcrumbs, this evening I used the Judge Chopper with Glass Bowl to make my own.

Just one slice of bread in here and its made enough to cover two pieces of fish for the evening. Easy, and in no time at all!

I had a large food processor in the past, but it was so big and bulky it’s sitting at the back of a cupboard somewhere.  This one is so small and easy to clean, it will be getting used often in our house.

Mini Chopper with Glass Bowl, 200W

  • Makes light work of many everyday kitchen tasks!
  • Stainless steel chopping blade
  • One button operation
  • Powerful 200W motor
  • Simple and safe to use – safety system prevents access to moving blade
  • Large working capacity 500 – 750ml
  • Easy to clean and store – dishwasher safe bowl

So what else can you use this for?

With one of my best home made dishes being chilli, this will be perfect for saving time.  In the past I’ve used chopped, frozen vegetables, but it just isn’t the same as fresh.

Chilli ingredients:

  • Mince
  • Chillis
  • Peppers
  • Jalapenos
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Cumin, Garlic and Chilli Powders
  • Kidney Beans

Add all of the vegetables into the food chopper, add to cooked mince, simmer away, then add kidney beans and spices.  Voila!! Chilli.

Next on my to try list is

  • Guacamole
  • Peanut Butter
  • Grinding meat to make burgers

Can you think of anything else I should try in this food chopper?
