With the new electric Pie Maker from Judge you can create your own deepfilled pies in minutes. Sweet or savoury, simply roll out the pastry (shop bought is fine!), cut into shape using the complimentary template cutter for perfect results, then load with the filling of your choice.
Since I received this three days ago, I’ve made 3 pies.
Lets start with the first; corned beef, beans and cheese. Many may stick their nose up at this combination, but this with a side of mash potato makes for a perfect winter filling meal.
The pie making process was easy. I picked up some easy roll pastry and cut out the base and lids.
The base went in the bottom of the pie maker, I added the filling, popped the top piece of pastry on, then closed the lid and let cook for 15 minutes.
The result was this perfectly cooked pie.
The night after I went for a left over roast dinners pie. Some turkey and potatos in the pie, with a side of vegetables.
and this evenings was chicken korma.
