A Month With Diet Chef – Week 1

Over the next month I’ll be bringing you updates on how I get along with trying out Diet Chef.

What is Diet Chef?

  • No counting calories, no measuring ingredients, no prepping meals
  • All calorie counting and portion control is done for you
  • Just heat and eat
  • Delicious chef-prepared weight loss meals, delivered each month
  • Enjoy the foods you love; meatballs, curry and pasta are all on the menu 
  • Just add fresh fruit and vegetables
I received the one month delivery.  28 breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.  Everything ready to eat in less than 3 minutes – which is perfect when you’re as busy as I am.

The meals and snacks are specifically designed to be as tasty, filling and nutritional as possible within a reduced calorie limit of around 1200 calories which aims to help you maintain a healthy and sustainable 1-2 lb weight loss per week.

It is recommended you add 5 portions of fruit and veg and 2 portions of dairy products each day.

Week 1 I’m 4lbs down already!  I understand the first week is usually a big loss so any loss next week will be good too.
